- Smoking is allowed in designated areas NOT in the guestrooms.
- How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
- High-Speed internet access is complimentary for Kimpton In Touch guests. Guests who are not yet Kimpton In Touch members may sign up to receive complimentary access, or choose either Gold ($15 for 24 hours at a 1024k speed) or Silver ($10 for 24 hours at a 768k speed) access.
- Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
- Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- 24 hour fitness center. Free Weights, Nautilus, Cardio.

- Yes, 24 hours.

- We don't have a spa at the hotel, but we do offer In Room Spa services.

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- No, however taxis are readily available at the airport and average cost from Logan Airport to the hotel is approximately $25-$30.
- What are your cross streets?

- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- Yes, $20 to self park, $30 to valet per night with unlimited in and out privileges.

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- Yes. There is a $20 charge per night for rollaway beds.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Please contact the booking agent used to make the reservation.
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- 18 years old.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 24 Hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 6pm Eastern Standard time the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agents directly for cancellation policies.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- We do require a photo ID at the time of check in for all reservations.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- 18 and under.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes.
- Do you have accessible rooms?

- Do you have an early departure fee?
- Yes, if the departure date is changed to an earlier date after check-in, one night's room rate and tax will apply.
- What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
- 6:30am - 10pm breakfast/lunch/dinner

- What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
- A valid credit card is required to check in to the hotel, but guests may use cash or credit card at check-out to settle their bill.
- Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
- Yes, the hotel requires a $100.00 deposit per night.
- How can the incidental deposit be made?
- This deposit can be placed on your credit or debit card.
- When will the incidental deposit be returned to my debit or credit card?
- The incidental deposit is released on the day of your departure at midnight. Your bank will then have to post the transaction to your account.
- How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check in?
- At check in we authorize your entire stays room and tax plus an incidental deposit.
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- Of course pets are allowed. Kimpton is a pet-friendly hotel. There are no restrictions to the type or size of pet. We will ask you to sign a wavier at check-in stating that you are responsible for any damage caused by the animal. We will also ask for your cell-phone number in the event you are out, and the animal is causing a disturbance.
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
- Yes.
- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- The concierge can assist with providing pet sitting or dog walking services.
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- There is a park adjacent to the hotel. Take a left out the front door and you will see the park 50 feet ahead of you.
- I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
