Welcome to Kimpton Marlowe. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Massachusetts. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures, implemented the use of an electrostatic sprayer and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Self-clean kits are available upon request and include hand sanitizer, mask, and individually wrapped alcohol wipes. Gloves are also available upon request.

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Your daily guest amenities fee of $20 + tax includes the following:

  • $10 daily food & beverage credit in Bambara
  • Upgraded WiFi
  • Access to Pressreader

  • Ability to stream content from 2000+ apps to the TV
  • Nightly movie in Courtyard
  • Printing/Faxing/Photocopies
  • Unlimited local & long distance calls

Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • A coffee maker can be provided upon request.
    • Complimentary specialty drip coffee is available daily at the front desk from 7am to 9:30am.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a “Kimpton Get Up + Go” playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended

Parking Services:

  • Self-parking is available in the adjacent Cambridge side Garage connected to the hotel. The parking fees begin at $30 per night and can be charged to your room.
  • Valet parking is available.
    • Overnight Parking: $45
    • Daytime Parking: $25
    • Parking after 5:00 p.m.: $15
  • There is a height limit of 7' for the garage entrances and 11.5' for our courtyard parking area. In the Cambridge Side Mall, take the hotel elevator from level G1 or G3 to the hotel lobby.
  • There is an entrance right next to the courtyard entrance, G3 level of the garage, in addition to around the corner that will take you to levels G1 or G3. Parking is not included with rate, however, be sure to check our Special Offers for regularly updated packages which often include parking.

Housekeeping Services:

  • We have reintroduced daily housekeeping service. Unless otherwise requested by you, Housekeeping will enter your room during the day to service your room as normal. You can also text us directly at 857-228-5844 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

In-Room Dining:

  • In Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery during restaurant hours. Please see Dining Services above for hours. Place an in-room dining order by contacting the front desk.

Concierge Services:

Fitness Center:

  • Our fitness center is open from 7am-9pm daily, however it is closed from 2-3pm for sanitization and deep cleaning.
  • Local Gym Passes are available.
